  • Will COVID-19 affect my order?
    Most mail services around the world are still operating, if only at limited capacity. to deliver mail around the world. There could be exceptions to this so please do double check with your local postal service. There will most likely be extended delays in transit time due to several reasons: Postal workers are expected to take additional steps of safety precautions on the job. Some staff will be shielding therefore you can assume that most PO’s are at least missing some staff members. A lot of people are choosing to shop online for things they would normal go out to buy, this has increased the number of parcels being sent through the postal service dramatically. Please bear with us and your local postal service and allow for longer shipment times

  • Should I order on Etsy or your website?
    Of course it is completely up to you where you purchase from. Either is fine with us and there is no difference in terms of how quickly your item is dispatched and shipping is also the same. HOWEVER, because we are charged with less fees, items on our website will often be cheaper.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    UK shipping is currently FREE Worldwide shipping varies depending on the final weight of your package. You can see the shipping total during checkout before you complete your order.
  • Where do you ship to?
    We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary from country to country, below are some rough estimates for delivery times. These times indicate how long it will take to reach you after I've processed and dispatched. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. ​ Estimated shipping times United Kingdom: 3-5 business days USA: 7-10 business days Europe: 5-7 business days Rest of the World: Approx 10-14 business days ​ The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies, generally orders are processed in 2-5 working days but for details, see individual items.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept payments from PayPal and all major credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP, JCB and Maestro.
  • How long will it take for you to ship my order?

  • Can I track my order?
    Tracking is not provided with standard shipping. Tracking can be purchased at checkout or, you can inquire through email for a price quote. If there is tracking available for your order, the tracking information will be included in your shipping confirmation email and on the order status page.
  • Can I cancel/modify my order?
    We cannot accept cancellations for digital products. For physical items, If there is a problem with your order after you have completed checkout, please email us ASAP at hello@danidolldesigns.com If you have put the wrong address or need to add to your order email us immediately so we can try to correct it before your order is shipped. We CANNOT guarantee that we will be able to change the address or add an item to your order so please double check everything before you checkout.
  • What if there's a problem with my order?
    In the unlikely event there is a problem with your order, please email me directly at hello@danidolldesigns.com or use the contact form here. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Do you take custom orders?
    Thank you for your interest! Unfortunately at the moment custom orders are closed, if we reopen them at any point there will be an announcement on social media and the front page of our site. If you have a specific design request, I would be happy to hear your ideas so I can add them to my ‘to make’ list for future reference!
  • What security measures do you have in place?
    We do our best to keep your Personal Data safe. We use PCI-compliant payment processing for all credit/debit card payments or PayPal, which is one of the most trusted online payment solutions. Our web store is secured with SSL certificate. This means the information you input is encrypted and secure.
